| The life of Papuan students as migrants certainly cannot be separated from the intercultural
communication process. The situation requires Papuan students to interact with local residents
of Yogyakarta. The existence of differences in cultural backgrounds between Papuan students
and local communities creates obstacles in communication and requires Papuan students to
adjust or adapt which is referred to as intercultural communication accommodation. |
