Communication climate of an organizaton is an important aspect for an organization order to run properly. The writer tries to find out the influence of communcation climate of an organizaton to the employees (staff) performance of Klaten Regency DPRD Secretary. To find out the influence between the two variables above, the writer uses explanatory research and quantitative data analysis. Besides the two variables above, the writer also adds level of education as a control variable. The population used in this study are all active employees (staff) of Klaten Regency of DPRD Secretary. |
