| Every organization, company, to any institution has the potential to
experience a crisis. Not to be missed, in 2021 Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS)
also experienced a crisis caused by the death of a student while attending the Basic
Education and Training (Diklatsar) of Student Regiment (Menwa) UNS. The
overwhelming public response to this case requires UNS to immediately develop a
crisis communication strategy as part of crisis management. |
