| Covid-19 pandemic is causing a lot of changes in tourism sector. The
government keeps publishing new regulations in order to suppress the spread of
pandemic. Umbul Ponggok is one of tourism destination in Klaten regency which
is managed by Bumdes Tirta Mandiri and affected by the government regulations,
escpecially the regulation to forbid crowd. Tourism places need many amount of
visitor to gain more income and survive. But many amount of people will
definitely form a crowd which is forbidden by the regulation. In order to solve this
problem, communication strategies are needed to overcome it and make Umbul
Ponggok allowed to open. |
