Abstrak:
This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy used by D Sastro Coffee in increasing consumers and to find out what marketing communication strategies have the most impact on increasing consumers. This study discusses the marketing mix strategy followed by the promotion mix and word of mouth (WOM) used in D sastro Coffee s marketing communication strategy.
